Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Labess for using labess.app. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Labess helps you turn health and training data you provide into an adaptive plan and calm, checkable answers. Features change as the product grows. We may add, change, or remove capabilities with reasonable notice when the change is material.
Not medical advice
Labess is not a doctor, not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. It does not set or change medication doses. Decisions about your health belong to you and your clinicians. If you think you are in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account
You need an account to use Labess. You are responsible for the email address you use and for keeping access to that inbox secure. Sign in uses a short-lived code, not a password. Tell us if you believe someone else used your account.
Accounts may be invite-only or limited while the product is early. Public signup may open later under separate pricing terms.
Your data and content
You keep ownership of the health data and messages you bring into Labess. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only to provide the service to you, including sending turns to an AI provider you use (Labess AI or your own key).
You confirm you have the right to upload or connect the data you provide, and that it is accurate enough for your own use.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to break, overload, or probe the service without permission.
- Do not use Labess to harm others, violate law, or upload content you have no right to share.
- Do not reverse engineer the product except where the law allows.
- Do not resell access or scrape the service for competing products.
Third-party services
Integrations (such as Whoop), AI providers, email, and hosting are provided by others. Their availability and policies are outside our full control. Outages or changes on their side may affect Labess.
AI outputs
Coach replies and parsed logs can be wrong. Always check important facts against your sources. Labess is designed to show provenance; use it.
Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or unpaid fees if billing applies later.
Disclaimer
Labess is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service will meet your goals, that insights will be error-free, or that data from third parties will be complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Labess and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Labess is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars, if you paid nothing.
Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.
Termination
You may stop using Labess at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the product. On request, we will delete account data as described in the privacy policy, subject to legal retention needs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your home place say otherwise. Courts in Delaware will hear disputes that must go to court, except where the law requires another venue.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where the law requires a different process.
